Role OverviewThe Hotel & Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and direction of all activities related to the hotel, including the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, RV Park, and Sundries Shop. Supervises a team to ensure all daily activities are planned and executed while ensuring smooth and efficient operations in accordance with policies, procedures, and objectives of guest service.
What You Will Do
Supervises front desk staff and housekeeping staff, plans daily for proper servicing of all empty hotel rooms, and ensures completion of housekeeping inspection sheets for all check-outs. Handles all inquiries regarding Lost and Found and assists in achieving budgeted revenues and expenses.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred in front desk, housekeeping or retail/customer service operations
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity
- Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all Team Members and the public
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the position
