Job Description
The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for the upkeep of the hotel property, assisting the Chief Engineer. Major duties include basic repair work, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work, pool operations, preventative maintenance, and indoor and outdoor grounds upkeep.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of mechanic experience in a hotel or a related field.
  • HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, push, carry and pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Requires reaching overhead, climbing, crouching, and twisting.
  • Valid drivers license required.
