Role OverviewJoin Hyatt Regency Minneapolis as a skilled and motivated General Maintenance / Shift Engineer to maintain the functionality, safety, and appearance of all guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back of house facilities.
What You Will Do
Perform routine and emergency repairs in guestrooms and public spaces, troubleshoot and repair systems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and life safety, and deliver exceptional service to guests and colleagues.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair practices
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Professional communication and guest‐service mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Comfortable using ladders, hand tools, and power tools
