Role OverviewOversees the property grounds, public areas, and hotel guest rooms. Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.

Responds to maintenance orders, fulfills work orders, and performs daily rounds to identify and report problems.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years in a hotel maintenance position
- One year of college or trade school equivalent in a mechanical, electrical, and/or technical discipline
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
