Job Description
Join our team at the Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel in Flushing, NY as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for managing the physical operations of the hotel, performing repairs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The hotel is part of the Tangram complex, a 4-phase development featuring upscale amenities and services.

Requirements

  • Manage the physical operations of the hotel to ensure total guest comfort and satisfaction
  • Check and perform major repairs to refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems
  • Communicate with hotel departments to become aware of maintenance needs and ensure timely response to requests
  • Execution of the hotel's preventive maintenance program
  • Maintain standards of product quality for all areas of the hotel
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints
  • Attend scheduled training sessions and abide by established uniform guidelines
  • Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM/Overnight, weekends and holidays
