Job Description
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems within the hotel. Perform routine maintenance tasks, respond to guest requests, and ensure the overall upkeep and appearance of the property.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
