Job Description
We are seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious luxury property in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of service, exceptional eye for detail, and ability to create a warm guest experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality operations.
  • Strong exposure to Food & Beverage operations within a high-end environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Solid financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
  • In-depth understanding of New York City hospitality standards and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ease in guest-facing situations.
  • Calm, resilient, and solution-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with hotel systems; experience with Opera and Micros is a plus.
