Role OverviewThe Hotel Manager provides leadership, coaching, and training to ensure the consistent execution of established standards across Rooms Division, F&B Division, Engineering, and Security. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong operational presence throughout the property by conducting regular site walks, assessing staff performance, monitoring property conditions, and providing ongoing direction and support to the team.

Key responsibilities include employee training and development, performance management, scheduling, departmental coordination, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The Hotel Manager works closely with departmental leaders to promote accountability, operational consistency, and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements
- Previous hotel Management experience with proven success in leadership of teams
- Previous experience working in a Union environment is preferred
- Proven success in guest service results
- Strong financial knowledge required
- Drive for results demonstrated through successful performance in prior leadership positions
- Action orientation to work efficiently and effectively toward property revenue and operational objectives
- Time management skills to meet commitments across multiple departments and roles
- Customer focus to consistently deliver optimal employee and customer satisfaction for the hotel
Benefits
- Salary Range: $174,000 - $200,000 Annually
