Role OverviewProvides hotel customer service to guests by performing various duties such as greeting, registering, and issuing room keys. Acts as hotel manager on duty and follows prescribed MOD procedures.
What You Will Do
Enter daily changes and balances accounts, complete night audit procedures, and ensure guest safety by following established security procedures.

Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
