Role OverviewNight Auditors are personally involved in the daily operations and success of this hotel. They conduct nightly audit-related duties, operate the hotel's front desk systems, and ensure the guest's stay is efficient and friendly.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, handling guests' concerns, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Night Auditors must sell the value of the hotel and strive to earn the most reservations and room sales.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Excellent communication skills, a professional positive guest-oriented attitude, and ability to multitask efficiently are assets for a Night Auditor. Being bi-lingual is desirable, but not a requirement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not required
- Proficient in the use of common Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and discretional skills
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material
- Ability to obtain valid, current, and non-probationary driver's license if required to operate hotel shuttle/van
