Job Description
The Hotel Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for servicing and overseeing all rooms and suites within the NOBU Tower. The role requires a strong charismatic personality, previous F&B or VIP Dispatcher/Admin Assistant experience, and knowledge of InfoGenesis, LMS and Showcase. The role involves day-to-day operation, liaising with departments, executing NOBU standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a strong charismatic personality
  • Previous F&B or VIP Dispatcher/Admin Assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of InfoGenesis, LMS and Showcase
  • Presentable and professional attitude at all times, approachable
  • Hands-on approach when necessary to satisfy the expectations of guest and Associates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Pro-active and has initiative
