Job Description
Providing necessary guidance and leadership to enable the Front Desk & Guest Services staff to meet the goals and objectives set by hotel management. Confer with department supervisors to assure maximum customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower.
Requirements

Inspect facilities, services and equipment
