Role OverviewAs the Supervisor of our Receiving Team, your energetic and professional personality will be an important part of the resort's success. You will lead the unique challenges of receiving/distributing/transporting the many items that must get on and off the Island to ensure we have everything needed to make our guest's experience a memorable one.
What You Will Do
Coordinates the unloading, inspection, and processing of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Coordinates the movement of all items between Island and Shore. Supervises, trains, and schedules receiving personnel, managing performance and employee development.

Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehousing, with supervisory experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including inventory management programs.
- Capability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials.
- Boating experience/aptitude: The position requires transporting items by barge between shore and island.
- Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and record-keeping.
