Job Description
We are seeking a Hotel Regional Director of Sales to provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools, and will be able to communicate and negotiate effectively with hotel clients and team members.

Requirements

  • 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
  • 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
  • General hotel operations knowledge
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
  • A collaborative team player who is goal-oriented, eager to contribute and learn from others, while seeking continuous improvement
