The role also involves working with Hotel Maintenance and Housekeeping personnel to ensure rooms are updated when available to sell. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, preparing daily agendas, and checking numbers for the day.

Requirements

  • Ability to work as a Front Desk Clerk
  • Ensures guest needs and special requests are met
  • Invokes service recovery when appropriate
  • Maximizes use of customer service skills
  • Prepares daily agenda
  • Attends Housekeeping pre-shift
