Role OverviewThe Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do
Conduct foot patrols, respond to medical emergencies, assist customers and colleagues with security-related issues, monitor camera footage, and perform other duties as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be able to work at minimum a couple of times a month, and on weekends and holidays. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment is required.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Must be able to work at minimum a couple of times a month, and on weekends and holidays
- 1 year of previous hotel security experience (preferred)
- AED and CPR Certifications (plus)
