Role OverviewThe Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe at Grand Hyatt San Antonio. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do
Conduct foot patrols throughout the property, respond to medical emergencies, assist customers and guests with security issues, monitor camera footage, and assist with security office duties including answering phones, dispatching calls, handling lost and found, and conducting bag checks.
