Role OverviewThe Hotel Senior Maintenance Technician performs building operations, customer service, and community enhancement in a hotel setting. This role involves completing or assisting with tasks related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and other trades. The technician will work with the property management team to perform preventive maintenance, respond to service tickets, and provide a safe environment for building tenants and visitors.

Daily duties will include working with the property management team to perform preventive maintenance, respond to service tickets, and provide a safe environment for building tenants and visitors. The technician will also perform building and systems inspections, make necessary modifications to building systems, and maintain records, reports, and evaluations.

Requirements
- 3-5 years maintaining equipment and systems in hotels and/or commercial buildings
- Flexible availability to work a rotational schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Advanced mechanical skills and abilities with HVAC equipment
- Advanced experience and skills in operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, installing, and repairing equipment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- CFC Universal certification
