Role OverviewHotel Service Attendants assist Housekeepers to clean and maintain hotel guest rooms daily, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to Knott's Berry Farm standards. They respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and complete deep clean projects as assigned.
What You Will Do
Cleans and maintains guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, and responding to guest requests. Completes deep clean projects and ensures all assigned areas are cleaned daily.

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks, flexible availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
