Job Description
Worley Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate Technical Consultant, Infrastructure to lead team(s) in the design of marine structures and assist in recruiting, coaching and performance management of the team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering and over 10 years of experience in marine structural engineering/research or a related discipline.

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Over 10 years of prior experience in marine structural engineering/research or a related discipline
  • Registered or eligibility for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia as a professional engineer
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relations
  • Demonstrated experience in marine inspections
  • Experience leading a team, including recruitment, mentoring, coaching and performance management
