Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Quality to shape how quality is embedded across complex projects and programs at Worley. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and governance, working closely with project teams, functional leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure quality management is not just compliant, but value-adding.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Typically 20+ years of progressive experience in quality management, including significant project and leadership experience within complex, regulated environments.
  • Recognition as a quality functional expert and thought leader, with the ability to influence outcomes at executive level.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic quality programs that impact organizational performance.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, assurance methodologies, audits, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proven ability to lead through others, manage multiple complex initiatives, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • A collaborative, participative leadership style that fosters trust, accountability, and high-performing teams.
