Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Quality to lead the implementation of quality management across projects and locations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, customer expectations, and regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping quality strategy at a senior level, enabling teams to proactively manage risk, prevent non-conformance, and continuously improve delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in quality management, including significant project and leadership experience within complex, regulated environments.
  • Recognition as a quality functional expert and thought leader, with the ability to influence outcomes at executive level.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, assurance methodologies, audits, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
