Requirements

  • Develop Type I, II, III & IV CAPEX cost estimates and OPEX cost estimates for major projects
  • Provide cost estimating guidance to projects
  • Work with the team to define an appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Prepare the estimate plan
  • Review design scope criteria and quantities for completeness
  • Compare and analyze scope, quantities and cost data between projects
  • Coordinate identification of areas of risk in the compilation of cost estimates
  • Ensure sound quality of cost estimates
  • Prepare and present cost estimating information to management/customer
