Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls who brings strategic perspective and hands-on execution capability to shape project planning, measurement, and delivery.
Requirements
Degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Typically 15+ years of experience in project controls, including leadership of large-scale capital projects
Demonstrated expertise in cost control, planning & scheduling, and performance measurement
Strong commercial acumen, with ability to connect project performance to financial outcomes and business strategy
