Job Description
Project Director – Power Construction Projects lead large-scale EPC/EPCM projects, specifically within simple cycle and combined cycle power construction, ensuring execution excellence from concept through commissioning. Provide strategic leadership, align project delivery with client objectives, and drive performance across multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-risk environments.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project delivery within the energy or power sector, including 15+ years in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in simple cycle and/or combined cycle power construction projects
  • Proven track record leading large or mega EPC/EPCM projects, including site-based execution
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex contracts, joint ventures, and high-risk project environments
  • Ability to operate with broad authority, making independent, high-impact decisions related to long-range planning and execution strategy
  • Experience working in multi-cultural, multi-national environments with geographically dispersed teams
  • Deep understanding of project management systems, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies
  • Capability to lead through others, influencing outcomes across multiple layers of leadership and functional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align executive-level priorities with project execution
