Requirements

• Providing overall leadership, direction, and governance across major power and data center construction projects
• Defining project execution strategies, delivery models, and governance frameworks to drive predictable outcomes
• Leading and developing high-performing project teams through subordinate project managers and functional leaders
• Maintaining full accountability for project performance across safety, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
• Establishing strong client relationships and acting as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor
• Interpreting and managing complex commercial agreements, including joint ventures and high-value contracts
• Driving effective decision-making on long-range planning, technical execution, and organizational priorities
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring robust controls and contingency strategies are in place
• Championing continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within project delivery
• Supporting business development activities, including proposal leadership for major pursuits
• Ensuring compliance with Worley policies, procedures, and global standards across all project phases
