Requirements
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or similar settings
- Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice, memory care, or autism support
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to safely assist with transfers
- Familiarity with basic care procedures, medication assistance, and client safety practices
- Compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
