Job Description
The University of Wyoming is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Benefits Intern to gain experience in HR functions. This role involves assisting with payroll, recruiting, classification/compensation, records management, and employee relations. The Intern will learn from a progressive department serving a wide range of constituents.
Requirements
Assist with processing HR forms and performing quality audits.
Assist with records retention and maintaining personnel files.
Assist with new employees.
Perform data entry into UW’s HCM system.
Prepare reports and perform data analysis.
Perform initial intake of and document customer complaints and concerns pertaining to employee relations matters.
Scan and enter employment files to electronic storage system.
