Role OverviewThe Hourly Rowing Coach will create an exceptional coaching experience for guests participating in the Corporate Rowing League, the Youth Outreach Rowing League, or Learn to Row classes. This position is paid on an hourly basis and is classified as non-exempt.
What You Will Do
The coach will monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures, communicate clear rowing instructions to guests, plan and implement 90-minute workouts for each team, and demonstrate professional dedication to each team's development and cohesiveness.

The ideal candidate will have high school, masters, or college rowing experience, previous coaching experience, and knowledge in safety launch driving. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a professional manner with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, vendors, and guests.
Requirements
- High school, masters, or college rowing experience
- Previous coaching experience
- Knowledge in safety launch driving
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Safesport Certified
- Ability to work evening and some weekends
