Role OverviewLead a team that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in a residential setting. Oversee staffing, household and vehicle maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure daily life reflects each person's unique goals and interests.
What You Will Do
Oversight of staffing, household and vehicle maintenance, budget management, and documentation accuracy. Collaboration with clinical teams to support behavioral health needs and communication with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary partners.

Requires 1–2 years of leadership experience in residential services for people with I/DD and 2–3 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional. Must have computer literacy, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
