Role OverviewWe're looking for compassionate leaders to join our residential teams, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). As a Residential Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll set the tone for everything: the culture of your team, the quality of care, and the sense of belonging that makes a house feel like home.
What You Will Do
You'll oversee staffing, household and vehicle maintenance, manage budgets, and keep documentation accurate and organized. You'll collaborate closely with clinical teams to support behavioral health needs, and maintain open, high-quality communication with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary partners.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in residential services for people with I/DD
- 2–3 years working as a Direct Support Professional
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Computer literacy for documentation and communication
