Role OverviewThe Full-Time House Manager runs the Shelter program under the supervision of the Program Manager/Coordinator. House Managers are responsible for ensuring that the house runs smoothly according to the program guidelines and structure. They are available to the residents for support, and are responsible for enforcing all of the rules and policies of the house.
What You Will Do
Manages the operations of the program during the day, admits residents, makes supplies available, reads and updates staff logs, maintains logs of evening and weekend activities, attends staff meetings, and adheres to all agency and program policies.
