Role OverviewThe House Manager Aide will assist residents with day-to-day needs, conduct functional assessments, and maintain accurate records. The House Manager Aide will work in a living area with residents who may exceed 50 pounds, and safely lift, transfer, and position them. What You Will Do
The House Manager Aide will conduct and implement functional assessments, prepare and maintain accurate reports, plan and organize social, recreational, and work activities, and assist residents with day-to-day needs. The role also involves observing, documenting, and reporting relevant information, and maintaining complete, accurate, and timely records.
