House Manager

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Bachelor’s degree in the Human Service field preferred; High School Diploma is required
• Direct service and supervisory experience in a community residence serving adults with Intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Leadership qualities and the ability to perform administrative functions
• A firm grasp of behavioral principles and an understanding of therapeutic environment
• Record of problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and dependability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to independently plan and organize one's own schedule and activities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Driver’s license and access to an insured, inspected, and registered vehicle to be used during work hours
• Background and driving record checks will be performed
