Job Description
As House Manager, you'll supervise Residential Aides, conduct initial intakes for new clients, and maintain a safe and productive environment. You'll also help resolve clients' concerns and develop your team's skills and goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills
  • FDNY F-02 required (30-day allowance from date of hire to obtain)
  • FDNY F80 Fireguard Certificate required (60-day allowance from date of hire to obtain)
  • Prior supervisory experience and experience working in residential facilities
  • Capacity to work with people experiencing homelessness and mental illness or other disadvantaged people
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to skillfully manage interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to effectively conduct interviews with clients and create clear, concise, and accurate documentation
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Ability to provide night and weekend coverage as needed
