Role OverviewThe House Manager is responsible for teaching and assisting consumers with basic activities of daily living and recovery skills, including personal hygiene, healthy sleep habits, and conflict resolution. The role requires maintaining documentation, proper training, and certifications. The House Manager will also assist with intake activities, ensure consumer education, and monitor consumer safety and compliance.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the House Manager include maintaining documentation, assisting with intake activities, ensuring consumer education, monitoring consumer safety and compliance, and intervening during disruptive consumer interactions. The House Manager will also perform housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
