Job Description
Lutheran Services Florida is looking for a House Parent to provide supervision and care for teenage, female residential youth who are pregnant, parenting or at risk of sex trafficking.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with youth/troubled youth in an organized/structured setting
  • Training in Trauma-Based principles of care, de-escalation training, and/or child welfare programs a plus
