Job Description
House Supervisor responsible for collecting and analyzing data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization. Requires excellent leadership skills and a philosophy of creating a high-trust culture.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Washington State RN Licensure.
  • Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
