Role OverviewDeliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. Work in a team environment to adhere to Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond standards. Perform daily service, evening turndown service, and prepare guestrooms for new arrivals.
What You Will Do
Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures. Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste. Report lost and found items, faulty equipment, and other problems to the supervisor. Restock work areas for the next shift.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be comfortable communicating with guests and the Housekeeping staff. Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through. Upholds the core values and policies & procedures of the resort.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience of one year
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good to excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
