Job Description
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our property management team at Park House in the Bronx, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the common areas and individual units of our residential building, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning.

Requirements

  • Comparable work experience
  • Experience operating a vacuum cleaner and high speed buffer
  • Ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, etc.
  • High School Diploma, GED, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for several hours during shift and to climb stairs in the event of an emergency
  • Experience working with special needs populations (a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of using a computer (a plus)
