Job Description
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. Responsibilities include pre-cleaning and stocking duties, thorough cleaning and restocking of guest rooms, and additional cleaning projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
