Job Description
As a Housekeeper at VI Resorts by Westgate, you will create clean, welcoming spaces that make our guests feel right at home. You will remove debris, manage linens, clean floors, dust and clean surfaces, sanitize bathrooms, and clean kitchens. You will also restock guest supplies, return lost and found items, and report maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience/training (1–3 months preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality
  • Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and equipment
  • Good physical stamina, able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful attitude toward guests and team members
  • Ability to regularly lift, pull, push, or move up to 35 pounds
  • Clear communication skills to convey basic information effectively
