Job Description
Hyatt Place Orlando Lake Buena Vista seeks a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, providing excellent guest service and adhering to MCR standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Can-Do Attitude and positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to Follow Guidelines and understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Handle Pace and Pressure and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Listening, Conflict Resolution and be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
  • Communication Skills and convey information and ideas clearly
  • Hospitality and Guest Service and have a desire to serve all guests
  • Age Requirement and be 18 years of age or older
  • Schedule and Travel and be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based upon the demands of the hotel
