Job Description
We are seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the common areas of our safe haven, including offices, multi-purpose rooms, roof deck, garden, and sidewalks. The successful candidate will have comparable work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Sweep, mop, wash, dust, and vacuum
  • Seal, wax, and buff floors and hard surfaces
  • Maintain sidewalks, including sweeping, raking leaves, and shoveling snow
  • Clean individual units when vacated or requested by work order
  • Sort and package recyclables to comply with NYC regulations
  • Operate compactor
  • Set up and clean up for meetings and other events
  • Assist painters and engineers when assigned
  • Perform work at other facilities as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
