Requirements

  • Maintain the integrity of all physical structures, meet safety standards, and ensure a well-maintained living environment
  • Daily inspect the community to ensure it meets the Company's standards for show quality
  • Develop strong personal relationships with community members and achieve high community member satisfaction and promote retention
