Housekeeper

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team at Steele Hill Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing daily housekeeping tasks, maintaining housekeeping supplies, and providing friendly, professional service to guests. Our resort features over 150 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor amenities.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing daily assignment lists, performing daily housekeeping tasks, and properly completing all four steps of room turnover. You will also be responsible for maintaining housekeeping supplies, identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns, and providing friendly, professional service to guests.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via radio
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete routine daily tasks
