Housekeeper

You will maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas, and amenities.

What You Will Do

Perform cleaning duties, including cleaning public areas and resident’s apartments, distributing laundered articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning public restrooms, and performing all housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Basic computer skills.
