What You Will Do
Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, keep common areas, offices, and amenities clean and presentable, restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment, and provide professional, friendly service to residents and team members.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred; multifamily, hotel, or commercial experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable walking the property and working outdoors as needed
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and equipment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
