Role OverviewWe are seeking a housekeeper to work with the maintenance staff to ensure smooth transition on turnovers and to maintain a clean and neat appearance of all common areas.
What You Will Do
Clean all turnovers in a timely manner, clean rental office, laundry room, pool restrooms and other common areas daily, and assist maintenance staff as directed.

Requirements
- Aptitude for cleanliness
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to read labels and warning signs on chemicals
- Good human relation skills to deal with residents, peers and supervisors
- Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control
- Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty
- Ability to drive a golf cart
