Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and work areas, and doing laundry for both residents and the community. The role requires a friendly and courteous manner, in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and values.

What You Will Do

Clean all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed. Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.

Requirements

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
